As a representative of an information society and IT company, I have been providing executive coaching services for over 30 years, having worked as an executive in many companies in Japan, the Americas, Europe and Asia. Sugii is recognized for his 30 years of management experience, global business know-how and attentive coaching in coaching and management consulting.

In 1978, he started a Canadian subsidiary of a Japanese electronics manufacturer. He also founded and managed a venture company in the mid-1980s. Later, after managing several companies, he became Vice President of a global ERP company headquartered in the Netherlands, where he served as Vice President of the headquarters of the company, although he was Japanese. He has an extensive management background, including managing foreign companies, M&A, and being listed on NASDAQ.

“Bringing out the best in his clients” – Many of his clients have overcome their management challenges, encouraged by his professionalism and seriousness as a coach.

He is currently partnering with Joseph O’Connor, founder of the International Coaching Community (ICC) and one of the world’s top six NLP authorities, to promote high quality executive coaches with management and life experience.

In order to further develop his own coaching skills, he also takes ongoing training as a human resource development trainer.
